FEMCO acquires Capital City located in Atlanta, GA – a top-tier machine shop servicing the Southeastern U.S. for nearly 100 years.

The company relocates its corporate headquarters to Pittsburgh, PA.
2018
FEMCO expands into the Rocky Mountain region with the acquisition of MAN-TEX Manufacturing & Welding, Inc., located in Rifle, CO. MAN-TEX brings 15 years' experience in welding, machine repair, fabrication, water jet technology, and pressure vessel custom repair services.
2019
The company acquires ELMCO Engineering Inc. located in Indianapolis, IN - a press manufacturing, rebuild, and repair facility with over 25 years of experience.
FEMCO delivers repair, manufacturing, and field services, including: custom OEM and aftermarket parts and 24/7 emergency response.
